This 4 bedroom villa to rent in Fethiye has got its own private pool and garden. The villa is located at the front side of the fantastic beachfront complex; Sunset Beach Club. The self-sufficient complex has got its own beach, restaurant, bar and supermarket. Besides, it is at just few minutes walk to all central amenities and promenade of Calis Beach. The nicely furnished villa offers amazing sea views from all balconies and attic terrace of the bedrooms.
The villa has three storeys. Living room, kitchen, wc and loundry room are on the ground floor. There are two ensuite double bedrooms on the first floor. One of them is quite big and has also a sofa bed inside. There is also a communal bathroom on the fist floor. The other two bedrooms are on the attic floor. one of these two bedrooms is double and ensuite. The other one is a twin bedroom.
