We open our much loved home for a small number of longer, relaxed stays each year. This allows guests time to truly unwind and enjoy the area at a slower pace. We typically offer Friday arrivals during July and August with a minimum 5 night stay, which helps create a calm, well managed experience for everyone.

We chose this part of Exeter, close to Topsham because it offers the best of all worlds. Your're perfectly placed for riverside walks, independent shops and great food in Topsham, while still having easy access to Exeter city, the estuary, countryside and coast. It's a calm residential area that feels relaxed rather than touristy - ideal for guests who want to settle in and really enjoy their time here. That balance is why we focus on a small number of longer stays each year, allowing guests time to truly enjoy the area.

What makes this property unique

Guests often tell us they love how calm and comfortable the house feels. Being close to Topsham while still in Exeter gives you plenty to do without feeling rushed, and the fact that it's an owner-used home really shows in the way it's cared for. It has the added benefit of free parking.
