**First Floor:**

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a cozy, fully furnished living room complete with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, ideal for family meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Each floor features its own full bathroom, with the second floor offering an additional half bathroom for added convenience.

**Second Floor:**

The second floor features two magnificent bedrooms, each uniquely decorated in warm red and green tones. Both rooms offer breathtaking mountain views, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. For additional accommodations, the large sofa in the living room opens up into a comfortable sofa bed, and a another small double bed is in the upper living room. Lastly there is another sofa bed on one of the bedrooms, so the house can host up to 8 guests.

**Exterior:**

The villa’s exterior is enclosed by a wooden fence, offering privacy and a tranquil environment. Enjoy the private pool, surrounded by various outdoor furniture, including a cozy living area, dining space, and plenty of sunbeds. For a unique experience, use the pizza oven to cook homemade pizza, or take advantage of the brand-new BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining with family and friends. Free parking is available for your convenience.

This villa is a true haven, offering both relaxation and the opportunity for adventure. Whether you are basking in the sun by the pool, exploring the surrounding area, or enjoying a homemade meal, this villa offers everything you need to create unforgettable memories.

The home owner will also have home cooked traditional food ready for you after your lon trip, a true Greek hospitality experience.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

There is also free parking for all of our guests.
