For your comfort and flexibility, our hospitality team will provide a self check-in service. Before your arrival, you will receive a code to open the on-site lockbox and collect the keys.

To help us prepare everything in advance, please share your flight number and expected arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival. This allows our team to ensure the apartment is ready for your stay.

Beaches, leisure activities, shops and a touch of seaside glamour define the atmosphere along Cascais Bay, one of the most pleasant places to escape the fast pace of the city.

Just 30 minutes from Lisbon, Cascais offers a refined coastal setting with plenty to explore: culture, nature, great gastronomy and numerous beaches where you can relax and enjoy the Atlantic.

The area is also well known for its water sports and excellent golf courses, which can be enjoyed for most of the year thanks to Cascais’ mild and sunny climate.

Nearby, the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park is well worth a visit. This protected landscape includes remarkable spots such as Boca do Inferno, where the Atlantic waves crash dramatically against the rocky coastline.

If you are arriving by plane at Lisbon Airport, the easiest way to reach the apartment is by car. Taxis and ride-hailing services are also readily available.

￫ Self-Catered Accommodation
The accommodation is self-catered. Some basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other essentials. These items are offered as a courtesy and are not replenished during the stay.

￫ Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, one additional set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ Cleaning
The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Additional cleaning services or linen and towel changes can be requested during the stay at an extra cost. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. One set of keys will be provided. The lockbox may be used during the stay if the keys need to be shared between guests.

￫ Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys back in the lockbox.

￫ Keys
Guests are responsible for the keys during their stay. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If assistance is required due to lost or damaged keys, any associated costs will be charged to the guest. In case of lost keys, an additional penalty may apply.

￫ Noise Monitoring
The property is equipped with noise monitoring sensors to help maintain a peaceful environment for guests and neighbors. These devices measure decibel levels only; they do not record audio or use cameras, ensuring complete privacy.

￫ Baby Equipment
A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

￫ Long Stays (28+ nights)
For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility consumption (electricity, water, etc.) exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
