- Bedrooms The house features 3 bedrooms. A spacious suite with a double bed, dressing room with sink, and en-suite bathroom, opening onto an outdoor patio, and two bedrooms with twin beds on the mezzanine level. One of the mezzanine bedrooms has access to a charming rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the scenery or a glass of wine at sunset; the other bedroom does not have windows but is well-lit by the light from the living room - both are open space, without doors. Access to the mezzanine is via a sturdy wooden and iron staircase.
- Living Room A cozy living room with comfortable sofas, TV, and various books. The terracotta tile floor, thick stone walls, and wood-burning stove add character and rusticity to the space.
- Dining Room Connecting with the interior patio, the dining room fills with light, making it an inviting space to relax and socialize. The wood-burning stove adds a special touch during the cold winter nights.
- Kitchen A rustic kitchen equipped with an electric hob, a small countertop oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and espresso machine (coffee not included). A trestle table complements the space, reminiscent of the medieval origin of the expression "setting the table."

→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
