A sea-facing terrace wraps around the villa, centered on a 42 m² private infinity pool with integrated jacuzzi jets. Sun loungers, shaded outdoor lounge and dining areas, and an outdoor shower create an easy flow from pool to table. Private parking is available, and the property is gated.

The villa consists of five bedrooms in the main house and one independent guest suite, offering privacy and flexibility. All bedrooms include A/C, Smart TV, safe box, and hairdryer.
