The bathroom is clean and modern, featuring both a bath and shower combination. This single level home is ideal for families, as it is suitable for children and infants, and includes convenient amenities such as a washer, iron, and dedicated clothing storage.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a spacious living room for relaxation. Please note that check in begins at 3:00 PM and check out is required by 10:00 AM. If you require an early check in or a late check out up to 12:00 PM, these options are available for a fee, subject to availability.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 hold fully refundable security deposit placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
