As you enter, a hallway leads to the spacious and bright living area—the heart of the apartment. Here you'll find a comfortable corner sofa that easily converts into a double bed, perfect for relaxing in front of the TV or reading in total peace. Large windows overlooking the inner courtyard fill the room with natural light and create a quiet, private atmosphere—something rare in the city.

The living area also features an elegant dining space, with a table ideal for enjoying meals together or working remotely in comfort. Right next to it is the modern and spacious kitchenette, fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and everything you need to cook just like at home.

A second hallway leads to the sleeping area, which includes a cozy double bedroom with a clean, refined style. The highlight is the large walk-in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors—perfect for storing luggage and clothing, even for longer stays. The room also includes a work desk and a second TV.

The modern and functional bathroom features a spacious glass-enclosed shower, hairdryer, towel warmer, and all the essentials for a worry-free stay.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and ensures maximum comfort thanks to fast Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning, and a peaceful ambiance overlooking the inner courtyard.



We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
