Whilst the sleek, high-spec kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a coffee machine, perfect for relaxed breakfasts or entertaining. Air conditioning for the summer months completes the package.
The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat, featuring a superking bed, desk, smart TV and air conditioning. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony, where sun loungers and sea views create a tranquil space to unwind. The ensuite bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower.

Newquay also boasts a train station, a quick 5-minute drive from the apartment, offering connections across the country and throughout Cornwall, including services to Penzance. Public bus services are easily accessible, with stops located right outside the apartment.

The apartment is on the top floor (third) and is all on one level once inside. It's accessed via stairs.
