The Space:
Set directly opposite the sweeping sands of Porth Beach, this contemporary ground-floor apartment delivers an outstanding seaside retreat, with the beach reached in under a minute on foot. Beautifully finished throughout, it blends sleek modern styling with everyday comfort, making it a fantastic choice for families or friends keen to explore Newquay’s coastline and attractions.
The social heart of the apartment is the light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, fully equipped with modern appliances including a coffee machine and large smart TV for cosy nights in. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto an outdoor seating area at the front of the property, ideal for enjoying a slow breakfast or relaxing after a day on the beach.
There are three inviting bedrooms in total: two superkings and a bunk room that’s perfect for children. One superking can also be configured as a twin on request, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom includes an ensuite with a bath and overhead shower, while the contemporary family bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower. Two bedrooms also open out onto a second, quieter terrace at the rear. Family-friendly touches include a travel cot and children’s dinnerware.
Guests benefit from one allocated parking space, with a second available on a first-come, first-served basis, along with access to an on-site EV charger (charges apply). Up to two dogs are welcome for a small additional fee of £30/dog.
With Porth Beach just steps away and Newquay’s highlights close at hand, this apartment makes an excellent coastal base.
The apartment is on the ground floor and can be accessed via sliding doors from the car park. There is a small threshold step between the sliding door and the interior. However, please note that to access the front door, you must enter from the rear car park and descend one flight of stairs. Once inside, it's all on one level.
For larger groups, six additional three-bedroom apartments are available within the same building, including a spacious penthouse on the top floor.

Porth Beach is a broad, golden stretch of sand ideal for swimming, paddleboarding and fun-filled family days, with plenty of rock pooling to enjoy when the tide is out.
A fantastic selection of cafés, bars and restaurants sits just behind the beach, all within seconds or a short stroll. The Mermaid Inn, located right on the sand, is a popular choice for laid-back family meals and evening drinks. For something a little more refined, Porth Beach Hotel and SeaSpace offer excellent dining options. Roo’s Coffee is perfect for takeaway drinks and light bites, and during spring and summer, you may also find a stone-baked pizza van nearby.
The South West Coast Path passes directly through Porth, providing breathtaking clifftop walks with far-reaching views towards Newquay and Watergate Bay. A short walk across the footbridge to Porth Island rewards you with sweeping coastal views and a peaceful spot to watch the sun go down.
Newquay is close by, either by car or on foot along the coast, offering world-class surf beaches such as Fistral, a lively harbour, and family attractions including the Blue Reef Aquarium, along with countless places to eat and drink.
Heading north, Watergate Bay boasts a vast sandy beach, great surf and striking Atlantic scenery, while further afield Padstow, Crantock and Holywell Bay offer harbour charm, coastal walks and quieter beaches. While we recommend a car to explore Cornwall, the apartment is well-connected. For those driving, we offer one allocated parking space and an additional space on a first-come, first-served basis. An EV charger is also available (charges apply).
Newquay Airport is a quick 10-minute drive away, with taxis and car rentals readily available. Newquay train station is just a 5-minute drive, offering connections across the UK and local routes to Penzance. Plus, buses stop right outside the apartment.
