The villa has a private pool, spacious and fully enclosed garden (maximum privacy and security, ideal for children), and terraces with barbecue for outdoor dining. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, bright with comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes, all with individual air conditioning. The independent kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob and all the basic utensils needed to cook without problems. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. The property is well maintained.

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is paid for each guest over 16 years old.

Per day and person,

from 1 November to 30 April 0.55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2.20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.



Pool towels are provided and a welcome basket is included with each booking. We provide all information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, points of interest...) in an online guide so that you can fully enjoy your holidays.

Location



The landmark of Pollença's old town are the 365 steps of Calvary, which lead to a small 18th-century Baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year. The historic city is also known for its cultural events and music festivals.

Puerto de Pollença, about 6 km from the old town, is located in the north of Mallorca and offers long fine sandy beaches, partially sheltered from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. The city is characterised by its natural coastline, seafronts lined with pine and palm trees, and a wide selection of cafés and restaurants.
