Staying in this apartment every day you can wake up and admire the horizon right from your bed. Every evening you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets for which the city of Livorno is famous.
Immersed in an oasis of relaxation between the cliff and the Calafuria natural park, it is also very well connected, being close to the road junction that leads in a few minutes to the center of Livorno, Pisa or Florence.

The strong point is the beautiful private terrace on the first floor, directly overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy unforgettable moments, such as breakfast at dawn or an aperitif at sunset.
The master bedroom has a queen-size double bed with a breathtaking view of the sea, giving you a dream awakening. The bright and welcoming living room has a comfortable sofa bed that opens directly onto the terrace.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and complete sanitary ware, together with a practical Welcome Kit with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Various compartments are available to conveniently organize your personal items.
You'll find different sized towels, sheets, blankets, and duvets for maximum comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and everything you need to cook as if you were at home. In addition, we offer bottles of water, a coffee machine with welcome capsules and a kettle.
The apartment is very bright and has a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
For your outdoor relaxation, during the summer we offer a complete station with umbrella, chairs and sun loungers free of charge, perfect for enjoying the sun in total comfort.
