The double bedroom, also generously sized, has an additional single bed and is furnished with simple but refined taste. The bathroom is modern and complete with a shower cubicle.

Outside, there is a large furnished terrace for exclusive use, ideal for al fresco dining, aperitifs at sunset and moments of relaxation in total tranquillity.
Located near the airport and inside a villa, this apartment is about 1 km from the beautiful Marina di Campo Beach and the town center. The location is particularly convenient: close to the sea, near all kinds of services, and not far from the bike path that leads directly to Marina di Campo, ideal for moving around easily and pleasantly.
Just a few steps away, there is also an important vineyard-winery, renowned for producing some of Elba’s most appreciated wines.

The double bedroom, also generously sized, has an additional single bed and is furnished with simple but tasteful décor. The bathroom is modern and complete with a shower enclosure.
Outside, there is a large private terrace, ideal for outdoor dinners, sunset aperitifs, and moments of total relaxation.

Guest Access

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A representative will meet guests on site.
Office hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Important Notes

Bed linen not included: guests may bring their own or request a rental at €20 per person, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Collection and return take place at the agency, unless otherwise agreed.
Children up to 2 years: crib not provided. No extra charge if bringing your own crib or if the child sleeps in the parents’ bed.
Included services: all utilities (electricity, water, gas), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a convenient private parking space.
