The Apartment

With an independent entrance, this one-bedroom apartment features a bright living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with shower enclosure. Every morning, as you step outside, you will be greeted by a breathtaking view: a start to the day that always leaves a lasting impression. Outside, there is a furnished area, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners and relaxing moments under the starry sky of Elba.

Guest Access

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A representative will meet guests on site.
Office hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Important Notes

Bed linen is not included. Guests may bring their own from home or request a rental at a cost of €20 per person, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Collection and return take place at the agency, unless otherwise agreed.
Children up to 2 years: crib not provided. No extra charge if bringing your own crib or if the child sleeps in the parents’ bed.
Included services: all utilities (electricity, water, gas), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private parking space.
