Villa Reale is a prestigious vacation villa located in a panoramic position, wrapped in the pine forest of Santa Caterina, with exceptional sea view and a stone`s throw from the entrance to the natural park of Porto Selvaggio.

The kitchen is complete with electric oven, toaster and dishwasher. There is an outdoor shower in the garden.

Next to the living room is the well-equipped eat-in kitchen. Completing the floor is 1 bathroom.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 single bedrooms one of which has a single sofa bed. There are also 3 full bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub.
The villa is ideal for families and groups of friends up to 9 beds in total.

Villa Reale is located in Santa Caterina, marina of Nardò, along a private road, just 100 meters from the access to the sea, along a coastline made of striking cliffs, in many sections accessible, with crystal blue sea, sea caves and wonderful seabed.
Santa Caterina is an elegant seaside resort, located just halfway between Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo.
In the small village, in addition to the small port with fishermen`s boats, there are bars, tobacconists and restaurants. In nearby Santa Maria al Bagno there are all the main services.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
