Welcome to Maranzana, a charming village in the province of Asti known as the “Land of the Babaci”! Our home is perfect for a relaxing getaway in the Monferrato hills, ideal for couples seeking tranquility and authenticity.

The accommodation is a detached house (with walls adjacent to the owners’ home, but with a completely separate entrance), designed to accommodate two people. It features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy living area furnished in a modern style.

Outdoor living spaces: the highlight of the house is the private garden, perfect for relaxing in the sun, enjoying a barbecue, dining al fresco, or challenging each other to a game of ping pong. You’ll also find comfortable armchairs in the relaxation area and an outdoor table.

🐾 Important note: We do not accept pets, as we have two very sweet little dogs living with us, Molly and Ariel. They’re used to having guests around, and if necessary, we can keep them separated to ensure you have a peaceful stay.

There is a fee of €2 per person per night for each stay. This applies to all travellers over 10 years of age.
