Entire Private Home. Feel at home in our cozy one-story bungalow with the best of both worlds--a quiet country setting that is conveniently located 5 miles to downtown and the ByWater, 6 miles to River Arts District and New Belgium Brewery and 7 miles to West Asheville. Wake up and relax in a bright kitchen stocked with local eggs, fresh bread, coffee and tea. Perfect for families or groups of friends, our house has a great front porch swing and big back yard with a grill and room to play. There is a 3-night minimum except during the week or slower times of the year, please just ask.

Had a great stay! Beautiful location, even had a doe and 2 fawns in the backyard one evening. Fifteen minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again.

This house fit our needs for our Thanksgiving trip perfectly! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs and the open floor plan was great for visiting. The fresh eggs and bread were also a nice touch. We hope to be back in the future!

Great weekend stay

This is our 3rd stay in this wonderful house! Erin is an incredible host. The house is always super comfortable and clean. Coffee, delicious bread, butter, and fresh eggs were waiting for us to make sure our next day was off to a great start. We love the feeling of our Asheville home away from home! Thank you!!!

Great spot for tooling around Asheville

The house is charming and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked and the decor was very nice. There were cozy bathrobes to use just like a high end hotel. The bonus room in the garage was nice when we had family over. Erin was a great host and was very responsive at every turn. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay and perfect for a family, fully equipped, immaculate and made you feel at home. Extras were a plus in fresh eggs, butter and fresh bread. Extra extra plus it was 5 minutes away from my daughter’s Wedding Venue. Would highly recommend.

Not as shown in photos, strangers on property

Although the owner was great, and gave us a refund for the cleaning fee, which we appreciate, we feel that other renters should know a few things: 1. As we were unloading our belongings, and the owner was with us, a stranger came up to the door asking for a bottle water. Two days later a different stranger was on the property. The owner assured us that the area was safe, but we didn’t feel that way. 2. The master bath wasn’t cleaned very well and the dresser in the master was old with the door coming off a drawer and handles missing on another. 3. Water pressure is bad and showers are Luke warm at best. This property was older than it looked in the photos and not as clean. These aren’t the only issues, but they do represent the home in general. The only reason we are posting this is because it was terrifying to have strangers on a property that is supposed to be safe.we didn’t feel safe.

Cathy, I appreciate your feedback on our house. I am perplexed by the strangers in the driveway, the house is in one of the safest areas in Asheville, we have never encountered a single problem or have had anyone feel unsafe. As far as the cleaniness of the house, I apologized profusely for this, as I have never had anything but a 5 star review on the cleanliness. I was out of the country for 2 weeks prior to your arrival, which you knew, and wasn’t able to monitor the job of the cleaning company, which now I know wasn’t a good one. This is a fluke that the house wasn’t pristine, as I never travel as long as I did, hence the full refund of the cleaning fee. Again, I am sorry this was your experience, it is certainly not the experience of anyone else who has rented this house.

Exceeded our expectations!

Erin was a great communicator and even made some great recommendations on Restaurants and welcomed us with farm fresh eggs and bread. The house was super cute, clean, well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for the 5 of us. It was on a nice street and so close (less than 5 minutes) to the wedding venue-The Barn at Honeysuckle Hill-where our niece was getting married. It was also an easy 15 minute drive into Downtown Asheville. The adult kids enjoyed the pool table and if we had been able to stay longer we definitely would have used the fire pit. So enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Wedding weekend

Booked this for some family and friends to stay in during a wedding weekend in Asheville. It was just as advertised, clean and comfortable space. We loved the pool room for late night fun. It was a bit further than expected from DTWN Asheville ~15 min. It was a bit challenging to get UBER service, so keep that in mind. More ideal if u have your own car or rent one.

Asheville Craftsman

We had a fantastic time here. The home was just as pictured. The location was great for us, 15 minutes to downtown. We completely forgot about the pool table until we opened the door to the garage. Erin could not have been more responsive, she even made a special trip over to deliver the fresh bread to go with the fresh eggs! If we ever return to Asheville this will be our spot!

Perfect spot for a weekend in Asheville!

We really enjoyed Erin’s rental! It was close to downtown and other Asheville attractions. Thoughtful touches throughout including fresh eggs and bread! The home was very clean, and check-in was easy. We very much enjoyed the decor and art as well. Highly recommend!

Best night's sleep ever

Erin was a superhost. Left fresh eggs and french bread for first morning there. The home was beautiful and clean. Both the king and queen mattresses were super comfortable and best night sleep ever. Would definitely stay again.

We had 5 adults stay here, and everyone had plenty of room, there were fresh eggs in the fridge and bread on the counter when we arrived, and we were pleasantly surprised by the pool table. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely accommodations
