It consists of 2 bedrooms (the master with a double bed and balcony; the second with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath on the upper floor and another with a shower on the lower floor). The kitchen is spacious, modern and functional. The living-dining room acts as the heart of the home, offering a comfortable sofa, a games corner and a selection of books and board games designed for adult leisure.



Indoor and outdoor living: The living room connects directly to a private terrace equipped with a table and gas barbecue, the ideal place for al fresco dining on summer evenings. In addition, the master bedroom has its own balcony. Parking: There is no private parking space, but there is easy parking on the street in front of the complex. There is also free public parking about 100 metres away.

The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
