Pureserviced has been providing quality luxury short term rental properties in the ocean city of Plymouth for the past five years, with most of our properties being close to the water. As a family owned and run business we are very conscious of ensuring all our guests have a safe and comfortable stay during their time with us.

We employ our own team of guest relations staff, housekeepers, and maintenance team to ensure the quality of our properties is maintained to a high standard.

Sutton House sleeps six, being a quality two bedroom house with an additional sofa bed in the lounge, with the benefit of free WI-FI and smart TV'S. It has a fitted kitchen which is fully equipped for your stay with a fridge, dishwasher and washer-dryer, plus a separate dining room with table and chairs. This house is perfect for families, groups of leisure guests or anyone working in or near the dockyard .
The bedrooms both have two zip and link beds that can either be made up as single beds or zipped together to from queen sized doubles. The bathroom has a large double shower and has recently been refitted

Sutton House by Pureserviced is close to the famous Royal Dockyard, and perfectly positioned to be a base for exploring the local areas of Plymouth and Cornwall.

Whether you are working in the city, or looking for a relaxing break, this property will not disappoint, being easily accessible to everywhere in the city .

Located within a residential area close to the Dockyard in Plymouth. The property is located approx 2 miles from the City Centre, yet with its ease of access to the A38 it offers great road access both into Cornwall and further into Devon.
