VERY NICE RENOVATED APARTMENT JUST 20 METERS FROM THE BEACH!

A charming 65-square-meter standalone apartment, completely renovated and newly furnished, located just 20 metres from Miceni Beach in Donnalucata—one of the areas made famous by the popular TV series "Il commissario Montalbano"! A great alternative to a small hotel room—an opportunity to combine savings with the exclusivity of an unbeatable location!

The home, spread over two levels, is very bright thanks to its dual exposure (corner of Via Ischia and Via Lido), and consists of 3 bedrooms (1 double + 2 singles), 2 small bathrooms, 1 living room with kitchen, 1 laundry room, 1 walk-in closet, and 1 small veranda with a sea view.

From the small veranda on the ground floor, through two bright French doors, you enter the living room with kitchen (fully equipped). From here, a hallway leads to the master bedroom with an adjoining small closet. The hallway also provides access to the first small bathroom with a shower and to the laundry room (equipped with a sink, washing machine, water heater, bucket, mop, etc.). The mezzanine level is accessed via a convenient built-in staircase; here you’ll find the other two bedrooms (single) and the second small bathroom with a sitting bath.

The apartment is ideal for a family holiday thanks to the separation between the bedroom and bathroom (e.g., for the parents) on the ground floor and the two single bedrooms and bathroom (e.g., for the children) on the mezzanine level. A supermarket, butcher shop, newsstand, café, and more are just a short walk from the house!

The house is fully furnished with new furniture, and each room is independently climate-controlled (heating/cooling) with a heat pump air conditioner, making it comfortable to stay in both summer and winter.

The listed rates include a professional check-in service at the apartment, heating and/or air conditioning, water, electricity, and gas consumption, an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and bath soap, an initial supply of bed linens and towels, and final cleaning of the apartment.
