White House I – Apartment with Garden View

White House I is a pleasant two-bedroom apartment in Funchal, ideal for families or small groups seeking comfort and functionality. With a maximum capacity of 6 guests, it offers convenience, well-distributed spaces, and a peaceful atmosphere.

The social area features an open-plan living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a bright, welcoming space perfect for spending time together. The living room opens onto a balcony with garden views, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.

The private area includes two comfortable bedrooms: one with two single beds and rear garden views, and another with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and garden views for added privacy and comfort. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway.

AREA

Located in Funchal, White House I offers easy access to shops, services, green areas, and main roads. It’s an excellent base for exploring Madeira, combining tranquility, comfort, and proximity to the island’s main attractions.

GETTING AROUND

The best way to reach the apartment is by transfer—ask us to book one with our local partners, which is cheaper than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. There is also a bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY

Guests have access to all areas of the property.

We are always available to help or answer questions and do our best to respond to all requests. We also provide an app with important property information and useful tips for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance; if not scheduled within 48 hours before arrival, it will be subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION

A Tourist Tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14.00 max per person/stay), will be charged for all guests staying in Funchal. Before arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
