In a panoramic position overlooking the Gulf of Lacona and completely surrounded by greenery, the complex consists of apartments with independent entrances and equipped outdoor areas. The property is located in a strategic point of the island, a short distance from the beach of Lacona, reachable on foot or by car and 10 minutes by car from the capital, Portoferraio. In the locality of Lacona it is possible to find a minimarket, to buy basic necessities, and a bank, as well as bars and restaurants on the beach. Elbamar Lacona 1 is therefore located in the center of the island, from which it is easy to reach both the eastern part (Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri, Rio) and the western part (15 minutes to get to Marina di Campo).
