Thera King is a breathtaking summer holiday residence located in Pyrgos, (Santorini) facing the south-west part of the Island, overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Its extremely modern layout compromises different levels and areas, each with their own orientation and entrance, giving a sense of absolute privacy and independence from each other.

Thera King offers a maximum of 8 bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 16 guests in the best comfort and privacy in a very modern and luxurious property.

As you approach the entrance of the main building, you will be welcomed by its wonderful bright living area with a fantastic view over the sea and direct access to the pool terrace. The interiors are just terrific: stylish sofas, handmade marble coffee table, white and earth-toned color predominates giving the feeling of an extremely modern and neat design.

The main villa offers also a very modern fully equipped kitchen, again with the sea view and direct access to the outdoor terrace, as well as computer working space for 2 people, all on the same level. On the upper floor, there are the 3 bedrooms as follows:

One bedroom with king size bed, TV, balcony with sea view and pool view.
The second bedroom features queen size bed, TV and balcony with sea views.
The 3rd bedroom features queen size bed, TV, terrace with land view on the back of the house.
The bedrooms are serviced from 2 full bathrooms with shower cabins situated on this floor.

From the main entrance of the house, stairs lead you to the lower floor where you can find a spa room with large hot tub, gym equipment, sitting area with satellite TV and a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bathroom with shower.

The entire establishment features 3 outdoor swimming pools and large exterior sea view terraces with multiple levels, all equipped with loungers, sunbeds, poofs and outdoors shaded dining area.

Thera King also offers an adjacent Guest House with 3 bedrooms with a separate private entrance.

As you enter the guest house you will be welcomed by its lovely fully equipped kitchen complete of a small table, around the corner there is an open plan area that offers a bedroom’s corner at the back of the room and a living area on the front part of the room.

On the floor above the living area there is a double bedroom with queen bed. On the lower level from the living area there is a further bedroom with queen bed as well as a hot tub and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a second full bathroom with steam bath, shower and double washbasin that serves the upper floor bedrooms. The guests house also enjoys a direct access to the outdoor terrace.

Next the main villa there is an extra guest studio with queen size bed, small living area kitchenette and exterior area with private plunge pool and loungers.

Santorini is undoubtedly one of the most picturesque islands in the Mediterranean. It is one of the Cycladic islands and it rests on an ancient volcano.
Among the attractions of the island there are its unique, traditional villages perched on the cliffs of the caldera.
Santorini basically offers the opportunity of a tranquil and relaxing holiday, but it also has a vibrant nightlife and it is interesting also from an historical point of view.
The island can be reached by sea and by plane having one of the biggest airport of the Cyclades.

A refundable deposit of € 1000 is required upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property.
