2021 Newly Remodeled - Beach View Villa at Seascape Resort

Beautiful villa just a 10-15 min walk from the beach. Bring your partner, family, and friends to enjoy this quaint space with an amazing view of the ocean and the resort. Live comfortably in 2 luxurious suites with king size beds and newly renovated bathrooms in each room, a full-functioning kitchen and laundry system. It will surely be an unforgettable experience!

This villa is very comfortable in that there is not another unit above or below us. Just outside the unit is the largest swimming pool in the resort and direct access to the beach just a short walk from the unit. A park and playground are also conveniently located right next to the unit.

The majority of guests come to Seascape for the magnificent coast and beach. Guests are allowed to access everything in the unit except the one locked linen closet upstairs and one locked storage closet under the stairs. You may also utilize the swimming pools/jacuzzis, free Wifi access, cable TV channels, dining in at Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, Seascape's private beach access, and priceless natural scenery. As a guest not booking directly through the resort, you will not be eligible for services such as room service, resort spa services, and ordering movies to the room.

Was great, minor cleanliness issue with the vent over stairs, very dirty and electric bbq did not work. Overall satisfied with our stay. Also not sure if a security concern but would be nice for future guests to be able to open the windows.

Property as advertised, but noisey neighbors

Seascape usually offers a more sedate, family environment and this is the reason we have returned for 3 summers. This time we had the opposite experience with noisey neighbors that had a lot of guests coming and going. They did honor the posted quiet times, but left garbage on the shared deck - very inconsiderent people put a damper on our stay.

Nice Seaside home, disappointed

This property had nice toilet paper, washer and dryer. Was disappointed on cleanliness. The toilet bowls had dirty rings so it did not looked wash. The sheets did not smell fresh. The light fixture on the stairs did not work. The thermostat did not work. We will not come back to this property.

Wonderful Getaway :)

This unit is perfectly located with an amazing sunset / ocean view. Easy walk to the heated pool and hot tub. Grounds are very well kept with nice walking paths through the resort. Bonus playground at an adjacent park too! The condo was immaculate and layout with 2 private bedroom suites works perfectly. Owner very responsive if you have any needs. Would highly recommend!

Awesome Ocean Getaway

We loved our stay here. The condo was wonderful and met all our needs. The layout is perfect for two couples with privacy wen you want it and inviting gathering areas. The beach chairs were an added bonus, it made the beach even better. Would stay here again!

No golf cart service

Little disappointed with no gift cart service with this property. I did not realize this when booking. It was also a little more pricey than other properties same layout. Over all great stay.

Great Host, Stylish Remodel & Best Location in the Resort

We had an amazing experience staying at this unit. Firstly, the host provides plenty of amenities including water, coffee, snack, tea, beach chairs, etc. Secondly, we see the ocean the moment you walk into the unit. It gets even better when we step out to the balconies. there are layers of happiness in front of us: swimming pool, fountain, ocean, sunrise/sunset, fire pit, etc. This is indeed the best location within Seascape Beach Resort. Finally, the remodel was well done. Love the color choices, beachy decoration, new appliances, kitchen countertop, stylish floor, bathrooms. Everything is modern, clean yet homey. This trip exceeded our expectations. We will be going back soon!

Spectacular view and spacious!

The first thing I noticed was that the property is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The second thing is the view from both the downstairs and upstairs balconies! I agree with other reviews that it could use some updates but the two upstairs bathrooms have been remodeled and they are nice. The upstairs beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Just beautiful! Helen always answered promptly and even allowed us to check in earlier. Thanks to her for letting us stay. I would recommend this property and hope we may be able to visit again one day!

Wonderful condo with gorgeous views!

We loved our stay and couldn't have asked for a better host! The condo is much larger than the pictures appear. There are two good sized bedrooms, each with separate full bathrooms upstairs; ideal if traveling with kids or multiple families. Stunning ocean & pool views from both floors! Our kids especially loved the generously heated pool and spa. We also found the drive into the Monterey, Pebble Beach & San Jose areas to be quite easy. The hosts provided everything & Helen went out of her way to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Great location but the villa needs a little work

Helen was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The villa is fine but in need of some updating. There was one hairdryer and it didn't work and one of the two keys to access the villa didn't work. On our last day we noticed some ants upstairs and in the kitchen. We spent little time in the villa so the items listed above didn't damper our vacation at all.
