Outdated and run down

Property was very outdated and run down. Not cleaned well and shower is tiny downstairs and feels like you are going to fall in the upstairs shower floor. Air didn’t work well. Carpet was very stained, extra pillows were yellow and towels smelled of smoke. Upstairs bed is not suitable for 2 adults of any size. Location and beach access was good, but that’s it. Not worth the money!

2023 Family beach trip

The condo was perfect for us. It had everything in it we needed was described in the listing. The beach access was great. The area was perfect right off the strip, close to a Walmart and other attractions. The pools needs to be checked more frequently throughout the day for cleaning. Guests didn't clean up behind themselves which sucked for everyone else.

Not pleased

First off they put us in a room that already had some people in it. My husband opened the front door to find people in there. Had to call the after hours number & go back to the office to get new room keys. Then we didn’t have a blanket for the couch bed (after 3 days of calling I finally went & bought one) the bedroom did not have cable or batteries for the remote. I will not rent from Sugar Sands again
