This beautiful "pieds dans l'eau" house with private access to the Procchio beach is the result of the superb recovery of a beach shed built in the early 1960s.
Overlooking the gulf, the villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with exclusive outdoor spaces that allow you to enjoy unforgettable sunsets: a shaded terrace for al fresco dining and an outdoor lounge with large seats and comfortable cushions where you can spend pleasant moments of total relaxation.
A path leads directly to the beach. An outdoor shower with hot water is available.
Villa Procchio is located just a few steps from the characteristic village of Procchio with small boutiques, bars and restaurants.
The house is tastefully furnished retaining the understated elegance of the old beach houses.
On request it's possible organizing private car transfers from the main airports, daily cleaning service, home chef, concierge service for restaurant reservations or private excursions.
The house is recommended for adult guests.
At the entrance, the villa offers a large living room with dining area and lounge, a separate fully equipped kitchen (with induction burners, dishwasher, fridge, freezer).
On the same floor there is a beautiful double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. A French door allows access to the sea view terrace
Going down to the lower level, there is a double bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, a twin bedroom (beds can be joined), a bedroom with a single bed and a second bathroom. Halfway on the connecting staircase there is a small toilet without shower.
The rooms on the ground floor all have access to the garden overlooking the sea. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Outdoor surveillance cameras. Gate with remote control.
