The bedrooms include a twin (can be moved together but not zip link) and a twin, serviced by an accessible shower room with seat and weighted shower curtain. Outside, there is an enclosed decking with seating and parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.9 miles, pub 0.8 miles, beach and lake 0.2 miles. Mobility Friendly Caravan is a lovely base for exploring St Bees and the Lake District.

St. Bees Head is the only major sea cliff between Wales and Scotland and is the only Heritage coastline in Cumbria. There is a fine beach and many wonderful walks are available along the clifftops, which are also home to one of England’s most important seabird colonies. There is also a nine-hole golf course in the village. Nearby Whitehaven, an elegant Georgian port, and the spectacular western Lakes, are more than worthy of a visit. Muncaster Castle is 8 miles away, as is the Eskdale and Ravenglass miniature railway. Cockermouth, the birth place of Wordsworth, and Keswick on Derwentwater are also within easy driving distance.
