This beautiful 3 storey apartment is located at Dikastiria, one of the most peaceful and nicest neighborhoods of Chania. It is just 10 minutes walking distance to Koum Kapi beach and to the town center. The architecture of the building and the apartment offers a unique cozy and welcoming feeling to the guests which will make you feel like home! There is fiber internet with 100 Mbps speed, ideal for remote working!

The apartment is a three storey maisonette, located on the first floor of a two storey building. On the ground floor of the apartment you will find the living area with a very nice veranda, the kitchen, the dining area and a W.C..
The second floor has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and balconies facing on the east and on the west side of Chania city.
The third floor is the attic, there is a working space and a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony.
