Perfect skiing getaway! Have fun with the whole crew in this unique home. Come for the fully stocked kitchens, eclectic decor, private yard with deck/firepit & covered 7-person hot tub. Our home is yours, so make use of the pantry, instruments, library, retro game console, & all the extras. Comfortably sleeps 12+ with 2 kitchens and family rooms.

We are located by an elementary school (path right next door) which provides a nice open mountain view. A five minute walk will take you to Dimple Dell Park with 630 acres of natural landscape crisscrossed with trails.

The house had a great layout for two families, a convenient garage for ski storage, and a good location close to the ski areas. There were also lots of fun games and toys available. Some personal items were left in the home, which limited space for our own belongings, but overall it worked well for our stay.

Sandra's home is great place to stay when visiting Snowbird! We had a fantastic time and the house was lovely, large enough for our 2 families and had so many great amenities. The house was also the perfect location and so close to the mountain! Sandra was a responsive and super helpful host! We would love to return! Thank you!

Perfect for families!

We stayed with our 1 year old and 2.5 year old and this house was made for kids. From the hammock in the front room to the big bean bag and toys. Our girls had so much fun! We went to ski at snowbird as well and its down the street from the bus stop (by Walgreens). Super convenient! The grocery store was down the street, even Starbucks. So everything was easy and with kids this is key to having a good trip. There was plenty of bedrooms on the third level and basement. Our girls are good at doing stairs so that would be something to consider if you have little ones. There is two staircases but I'm sure baby gates could be rented if need be. We rented a few items through Babyquip and it worked out great. Sandra had a highchair and travel crib available as well. She was such a great host! I'm almost forgetting the best part, the beautiful Mountain View right behind the house!

Great house at the entrance of Little Cottonwood Canyon!

We had 3 families (total of 6 adults and 4 kids) stay at this place for a week and it was great! Plenty of space for all of us. Great kitchen. Right next to an elementary school with large fields and a playground. Perfect for anyone looking to have access to the ski resorts in Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon. Only about 15-20 minutes from the house to get to Alta or Snowbird, which was great!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Sandra’s warm and comfortable home this week, while skiing at Snowbird. Sandra was a great owner to rent from, and the house was better than advertised. She was very helpful and responsive to our few questions, and we are already talking about rebooking for next winter! While we did not spend a huge amount of time in the home- it was an extremely comfortable home to come back to at the end of each day- especially the hot tub with amazing Little Cottonwood Canyon mountain range View’s! Sandra’s kitchen was great for cooking dinners, and she was generous to allow us to use some of her condiments, etc. Thanks again Sandra, your hospitality and Home were great. We will be back next year! The Rantanens

Ski Home Away From Home!

Our group of 10 (5 children and 5 adults) LOVED Sandra's home during our ski week. It's an easy 20 minute drive to Alta / Snowbird, 30 min from the airport or downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and residential and the home backs right up to a park / school. There are 180º views of the mountains from almost every window. The home itself is incredibly tasteful with clean, modern decor. There are lots of relaxing nooks and public rooms, with plenty of beds to host an army. The kitchen is functional and stocked with everything we needed to execute large family meals. And the hot tub is perfect for soothing the muscles with views of the peaks. If you're planning a ski trip, I can't recommend this place more. Remember to have chains or 4WD as they are required in the canyon on snowy days. If not, Uber has a ski option.

Loved everything about it.

We brought our family of 7 to this lovely home for a ski vacation over the Christmas holiday and it was so much more than we expected! First...the home is so full of eclectic charm, art, and warmth. It was perfectly suited to our wide age ranges (kids from elementary school up through college age). The lower level accommodated our older kids with two bedrooms, bathroom, and a living area. The main level was a nice gathering space for the whole family, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining room that seats 8, and two living areas. And the upper level was a nice quiet place for my husband and I and our younger kids to retreat...3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. It was clean, organized, and easy to find everything we needed. Garage has a place to hang skis and lots of room for boots. The location is amazing. Nice quiet family neighborhood. There is a hot tub in the private backyard with a really sweet mountain view (photo undersells it). 25 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport, 5 minutes from the ski rental shop, coffee shop, pharmacy, grocery stores. Ski resorts are easily accessible...just a straight shot up little cottonwood canyon... easy 10-15 minute drive to Snowbird and Alta. Host was very accessible and welcoming, available for questions, etc. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this rental to any family who likes to cook, play, and enjoy the comforts of home (away from home)!
