We were not informed that there was buildimg work ongoing at the property. We had the electrics tripped not once but twice. Meant we had to find the builder to let them know. Woken up at 7.25am by loud banging from the builder the following morning, which is before tge permitted time of 8am for any noise nuisance in the uk. Terrible experience.
