The accommodation has double glazed and central heating throughout. A spacious lounge with a 3-piece, a fold down sofa bed,fire surround for extra heat & room separator to close off from the kitchen. A wall-mounted, standard 4K TV with integrated HDMI cables for terrestrial channels and catch-up services, free WI-FI and USB charging points.
The kitchen comes fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, air-fryer, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Top-quality cutlery, crockery, cookware & utensils.
The main bedroom has king-size bed, dressing table, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower. The twin room has a double mattress conversion, dressing table, fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom adjacent. Bed linen and towels provided.
Seton Sands Holiday Village is a scenic park situated on the East Coast, near Edinburgh, across the road from a dog-friendly beach with rock pools and stunning views of the Firth of Forth. This park offers a blend of classic seaside fun and modern family activities. some activities are free and others require a Play Pass.
Its two indoor heated pools feature a giant tipping bucket, water jets, and slides. A par-3 links-style nine-hole golf course with panoramic views overlooking the Firth of Forth. And its tranquil fishing lake stocked with Carp and Tench.
It has adventure activities of a climbing wall, a bungee trampoline, archery coaching and a NERF Training Camp. Junior Segways, kart and bike hire (provided by Halfords) for exploring the park. Archery coaching, a multi-sports court, footgolf, and a "Football Dartboard."Ranger activities with Nature Rockz like den building, fire-lighting techniques, and bug hunts.

Brand new shows include Misunderstood Monsters, Electric Nights (80s classics), and Never Forget (boyband hits). And the Seaside Squad interactive performances with "Make-a-Bear" parties for younger children.
The Boatie Blest family restaurant and bar features a large terrace alfresco dining and dog-friendly area. Cook’s Fish & Chips takeaway provides traditional seaside meals. An on-site Mini Market for groceries, souvenirs, and holiday essentials. And a popular Bertie’s Ice Cream pop-up for treats.
A regular bus service runs from the park entrance directly into Edinburgh city centre. A co-op supermarket is less than a mile away in Port Seton. An Asda and Aldi in Tranent and a Tescos in Musselburgh just a short drive away. Further afield is Fort Kinnaird retail park.
