The number of guests must be confirmed 15 days before check-in. If someone is missing upon arrival, without being notified, there will be a charge of 175 USD per modification.

You can get transportation to and from Puerto Plata Airport (POP Airport) at no additional cost. You must notify us if you want transportation when booking or at least 8 days before your arrival.

Club staff may offer you a tour of the resort. If you are not interested in club membership, simply decline the tour.
