The space
Welcome to our beautiful townhouse in La Duquesa! Our property offers breath-taking views of Duquesa Golf Course and the Mediterranean sea. The house has recently undergone full renovation and is both well maintained and well equipped with everything you need for a perfect family holiday.

Our ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining room and lounge that opens out onto a covered terrace with seating and BBQ area. Open the sliding doors in the dining area to the large outside terrace and garden with more BBQ facilities.

On the second floor, you’ll find a master double bedroom with en-suite shower and terrace. There is an additional double bedroom private terrace with seating area where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the golf course. There is also another bedroom with a single bed and an additional single bed can be made up from a pull out sofa. Both of these bedrooms share a separate bathroom with bath and shower.

The top floor has a single day bed that can be made into a double that opens up onto the grassed roof terrace offering breath-taking views and a sunbathing area.

All linen is provided and towels provided are made from luxurious 100% cotton.

The complex is a small family orientated urbanisation consisting of 56 properties that boasts 2 communal swimming pools for use by guests and residents.

Just 600m away you will find the picturesque village of Castillo del la Duquesa which is right next to Duquesa Port and is a quaint little pueblo with some lovely restaurants.

Just 850m away you will find the beautiful Marina de la Duquesa with a wide selection of bars, restaurants, beaches and artisanal evening market stalls.
Just a short drive away is Casares which is one of the most photographed villages in Spain.

This property is a one hour drive (90km) from Malaga (AGP) airport or 40 minute drive (33km) from Gibraltar (GIB) International airport.
Our townhouse offers plenty of both indoor and outdoor space for you and your family to enjoy your stay.

The property is centrally located between the provinces of Malaga and Cadiz and has the added bonus of Gibraltar being nearby.

Other things to note
If you are staying longer than 3 nights, we kindly ask you to water outdoor plants especially in front of the house as it’s the sunny side and very hot in the summer.
