Secluded location with fantastic views of Morocco

Immerse yourself in beautiful Andalusia. Just under 30 km from the hustle and bustle of the coast, our finca is the ideal place to unwind and relax. It’s in a completely secluded location on a total of 37,000 square metres, featuring numerous old olive trees, a small citrus and fruit orchard, and almond trees. The picturesque town of Gaucin is just two kilometres away. There you’ll find galleries, charming restaurants, and tapas bars, as well as everything you need for daily life. The nearest beach is just under eight kilometres long and a thirty-minute drive away. Three national parks with countless hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. The three upstairs rooms have air conditioning. 40 kWh of electricity per day is included. Any usage beyond that will be billed at the current local market rate.

Wonderful

Very nice decorated and clean house with pool and a beautiful garden. Kitchen is fully equipped. We had no problems with check in and check out. The house and the property are located in the beautiful area, in the mountains, near Gaucin town so if you look for a calm holiday we fully recommend to check that house.

Quiet house in the mountains

This is a lovely house in the mountains, perfect for a quiet getaway. The house has been thoughtfully furnished and stocked to make your stay comfortable. Even down to a few supplies for your arrival to replenish at your leisure before you leave. Esther, who was our local contact, was very helpful, in particular when there were a few slight technical hitches, which she solved quickly. Just be aware that there is a short, but steep, gravel drive from the main road, and our hire car struggled until I got the knack of it. Would thoroughly recommend staying here, and would not hesitate in booking again.

Magnifique location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette très belle maison. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec du matériel de grande qualité, l'ensemble de la maison est très bien meublé. Vue incroyable sur Gibraltar et les côtes marocaines. L'endroit est isolé tout en étant proche du village. Pour nous tout était réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

La casa in sé stessa non è male ,pecca per alcune mancanze come accessorio abbiamo dovuto richiedere le sdraio che mancavano in piscina, la camera di sotto è senza aria condizionata, alle finestre non ci sono le zanzariere e la casa è infestata dalle Vespe che hanno i nidi sul tetto , siamo stati punti più volte e ci siamo attrezzati a nostre spese con zanzariere e palette elettriche per contrastare attacchi continui, altro neo la distanza dal mare, la sconsiglio a chi è allergico alle punture di Vespa

Thank you for your visit. We are sorry that you had problems with wasps. The wasps are searching to eat and drink. If there is nothing like that offered in the house they don't fly in. Our uniquely located property is affected by them just like the rest of Europe at this time. Around the pool, especially in this dry summer, the insects gather to drink. Especially for these animals we have set up fresh water fountains. They prefer to drink there now and they stay away from the pool and terraces as much as possible. Never have we experienced them as aggressive and belligerent. Of course, we carefully check the house for wasp nests before each new guest and remove them. But these can arise again within a few days. If you discovered a new nest, a simple message would have been enough and we would have sent someone to remove it. As for the equipment, you have found the finca exactly as it is in the description. With high quality equipped rooms, bathrooms, living room, terraces and kitchen. Each of the big double beds had his own mosquito net. However, we were happy to provide you and your family with four additional sun loungers within a few days. The description of the air conditioning has also been clear: "Air conditioning In the two bedrooms upstairs as well as in the office".
