Man könnte aus dem Ganzen so viel machen, aber leider wirkt Vieles provisorisch. Weil auf der Webseite keine Aufbettung für ein Kind zu buchen war, haben wir zu einem günstigen Tarif eine Suite bekommen. Eigentlich toll, aber die Suite ist recht lieblos eingerichtet; eigentlich sind es nur zwei große leer wirkende Räume. Keine Bilder an der Wand, keine Deko. Dafür Dutzende tote Fliegen auf dem Fensterbrettern, Kalkablagerungen auf dem Badboden (könnte man reinigen) und große Spinnenweben im Türrahmen. Frühstück ist ok, aber sehr hektisch und laut; irgendwas scheint immer zu fehlen; meistens Teller. Toll ist die freue Nutzung der Splash-Anlage, auch wenn die ebenfalls sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir hatten eine Sauna auf der Etage, war aber ohne Begründung gesperrt. Wie so vieles: wenn man es ordentlich machen müsste, wird es lieber geschlossen. Reinigung muss man buchen, klappt aber nicht immer. Zumindest kann man sich an der Rezeption Toilettenpapier abholen. Da merkt man die Mischung von Hotel und Jugendherbergen-Flair

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Unser Hotelraum war wirklich gepflegt, zeitgemäß eingerichtet und bot viel Komfort für entspannte Tage. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom SPLASH Erlebnisbad, ein Paradies für Kinder und auch für Erwachsene ein großer Spaß! Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und frisch, und das Team war jederzeit zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist weitläufig, gepflegt und ideal für Familien oder Paare, die Erholung und Aktivitäten verbinden möchten. Die Position wirkt stimmig, um die schönsten Seiten Rügens zu entdecken.
