Winston Hall unfolds gracefully across three floors, offering a sense of space and flow throughout, with each level designed to balance comfort, character and practicality.

Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises of a a series of beautifully proportioned rooms, combining period charm with comfort and elegance, ideal for both entertaining and relaxed living.
At its heart lies a magnificent farmhouse kitchen, superbly equipped and designed to impress. Featuring a traditional AGA alongside a separate double oven and gas hob, this space also includes a bean to cup coffee machine, pantry and utility room with a further dishwasher. A substantial dining table comfortably seats up to ten guests, creating an inviting setting for long, leisurely meals and sociable gatherings.

The principal sitting room offers a welcoming retreat, furnished with comfortable sofas, a coffee table and television, and centred around a handsome log burner. From here, the house flows effortlessly into a formal dining room, seating eight, where an open fireplace adds warmth and character. Beyond this, a further drawing room provides an additional space in which to unwind, complete with generous, comfortable seating and an impressive large open fireplace — perfect for quieter moments or evening drinks.

Discreetly positioned off the main hallway is a ground floor super king bedroom, offering both comfort and convenience. Directly opposite sits a stylish shower room with walk in rainfall shower, wash basin and WC, ideal for guests seeking stair free accommodation.

To the rear of the property, a light filled conservatory provides an additional dining area and seamless access to the outdoors. French doors open onto a beautifully furnished patio, complete with outdoor seating and a barbecue — an idyllic space for al fresco dining and relaxed summer evenings.

First Floor
The first floor is home to a beautifully curated collection of bedrooms, combining classic farmhouse charm with refined comfort.

There are four elegant king size bedrooms, each generously proportioned and thoughtfully styled with quality furnishings and soft, calming tones. These spaces are finished to a high standard, ensuring both convenience and comfort for larger groups.

Second floor

Nestled beneath the eaves, the second floor offers a charming and peaceful retreat, full of character and countryside warmth. The farmhouse is surrounded by extensive gardens to the front and side of the house, offering a wonderful sense of space, privacy and freedom — ideal for both guests and their dogs. A sunny patio area is thoughtfully arranged with outdoor seating and a Kamado grill BBQ, providing the perfect setting for relaxed al fresco dining. A large gazebo with covered seating offers a sheltered spot to enjoy the outdoors in all weathers.

A key feature of the property is the large, enclosed walled garden, providing a secure and safe area where dogs can roam and play freely while owners relax. An open pond sits within the grounds, adding to the rural charm and tranquil atmosphere. From the garden, guests and their four legged companions are welcome to set off directly into the surrounding farmland, enjoying peaceful countryside walks straight from the doorstep.

Ample off road parking is available, making arrivals and departures easy and convenient for larger groups.

Town: The historic market town of Beccles has excellent amenities, with unique shops, many of which are independent retailers and the range of restaurants and dining facilities are impressive, with numerous cafes, tea rooms and traditional inns. There are also a number of interesting buildings, including the Town Hall and Quaker Hall, which houses the weekly country farmers' market. The more active visitor may wish to explore the town and surrounding area via the Beccles Marsh Trail, which is divided into three walks of varying distance and character. With an outdoor swimming pool and various play areas, children are well catered for, whilst cyclists can enjoy a number of cycle routes around the town. Beccles is surrounded by open countryside, whilst an easy drive brings you to the popular Suffolk coast and the seaside resorts of Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth and Southwold.
