About this property

The Great Cabin w/ Scenic WaterView, sleeps 8-12 near Nashville, Events Welcome!

All lodging is equipped with many amenities and can sleep up to 37: Smart TV's, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, two burner hot plate, toaster oven, coffee pot, iron/board, hairdryer, linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans. Each unit has a deck with patio set overlooking the pond area, perfect for relaxing and nature watching.

Our Farm cabins (3) have queen murphy beds on the main level and twin beds with twin trundles in the lofts (accessible by ladder stairs). Full bathrooms with tub/shower combo stocked with linens. Kitchenettes with small appliances and dishes. Small decks on the back with patio bistro sets overlooking the pond and beautiful landscape.

The Chalet is a lovely redwood a-frame cabin that sleeps 4. It has a Queen Murphy Bed on the main level and a queen bed in the loft area, accessed by spiral staircase. One full bathroom with stall shower and stocked with linens. Kitchenette with small appliances and dishes. Large deck on the back with a patio table set overlooking the pond and beautiful landscape.

The Great Cabin is a large, spacious cabin that sleeps 8-12 with 3 private bedrooms, plus other sleeping areas, full size eat-in kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, electric fireplace in the living room, high ceilings, picture windows and sliding glass doors leading to large wrap around deck. The main level has one full bathroom, one private bedroom that features a full bed and an additional sleeping area in the large living room. The living room features a queen murphy bed and space for two queen air mattresses (provided). The second level features one full bathroom and two private bedrooms. The first bedroom features a full bed and the second features a king bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom features an in suite bathroom with glassed in shower and clawfoot tub.

The Lower Cabin is a brand new (November '23) ADA accessible cabin with fantastic views! It features parking right outside the cabin and a ramp entrance. The cabin has two private, plush bedrooms. The first bedroom features a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin XL on the top, top bunk is accessed by stairs. The second bedroom features two bunks with queen beds on the bottom and twin XL beds on the top. The Lower Cabin has a full kitchen, spacious bathroom with roll in shower and a deck on the back overlooking the pond and surrounding property. Bed linens and towels included. Many modern amenities including Wi-Fi & smart TV!

Weekend retreat

Family and extended family gathered for a weekend retreat and attend The Great Junk Hunt at the fair grounds. The house was a great space with plenty of room for everyone. The grounds were beautiful. Very relaxing and peaceful and close proximity to Nashville, the fair grounds and restaurants.

Excellent place to stay

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party and everyone loved it. It was far enough outside Nashville where you got the peace and quiet of the country, but then a quick 20 minute drive and you are downtown Nashville. The management was great to work with and quickly responded to emails. Highly recommend staying here!

A true hidden gem!

We loved it here! It was such a beautiful property! Uber sometimes struggled to find the property and refused to go down the long driveway, the property is about 35 min from downtown Nashville. Thanks for a great stay!

Dan's Bachelor party

We absolutely loved this place, worked great for our party of 9 fully grown adults. We loved the fire pit by the cabin and spent plenty of time hanging out at the property. Very close to downtown, so we were still able to have a night out late on the town. Thank you guys for listing the place, it was awesome!

We so enjoyed our stay. It was an absolute wonderful weekend. The only issues: needs a new fridge (doesn’t close tightly and not very cold. Also multiple outlets did not work. Other than that it was awesome

Scenic and secluded

Rented for a 7 person bachelor party and had plenty of room for everyone. View from the front of the porch was amazing. Only problem was the porch lights not working when we grilled at night. Driveway was long and bumpy but worth it to be away from everyone and have space for the group to have fun.

Great rental property and rental experience.

We did a pre-Christmas at this cabin and met our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter along with my wife, and mother. Our daughter called it our "cabin Christmas". It has great character and was tucked back from the road so we saw a lot of wildlife including the usual squirrels but lots of dear and even wild turkey. The cabin is well appointed and stocked with equipment to make any gathering/getaway awesome. The owner communicated very well and answered all questions we had very promptly. I would highly recommend this property.

Weekend Getaway

The home/property was terrific. Went down for a bachelor trip and was plenty room. Emily was great at getting back with me. The deck lights weren’t working, I sent them a text, and they came out to fix the very next day. I highly recommend checking this place out! It’s hard to notice in the images, but there are other cottages close to the main A frame. Be sure to ask if there are events going on when you decide to make a reservation! Not that is was a problem, but there was a lot of traffic when we stayed for the weekend.

Cabin very close to wedding party

The outside property was beautiful. However, we didn’t realize the wedding party was going to be so close to the cabin and the parking of wedding guest were 15 ft from the cabin’s front porch and wrapped around the cabin. Loud rap music was played all evening and I could here it through the house. We were hoping for a quiet getaway but unfortunately we didn’t get it on the first night we stayed. I would definitely check if there are any parties during your stay.
