The home was clean with plenty of room to spread out. The location was perfect. Close to airport, close to golf courses, and close to downtown. Sitting on the deck in the evening was perfect watching the occasional barge cruise by, and the game room topped it off for our down time at the house. Definitely recommend this property.
Celebrated 21st and 30th birthdays with family. Lots of entertainment and great location. Spent time in downtown Nashville and loved coming back to a quiet retreat. The river view and access was an added bonus. We definitely would recommend!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Everything was great nice fresh smelling towels and sheets and pool towels Supplies everywhere were plentiful The hot tub was absolutely great on high keys for your neck and feet pool was awesome part shade Close to downtown Nashville, but away from it all very peaceful
This place was amazing with the views, the cleanliness and all the things provided to keep us comfortable and clean. The pool was clean and games all worked perfect. Would definitely stay here again and again!
This was our second time visiting Bill And Anne‘s home. There were five of us having a mini family reunion for Thanksgiving. This home is perfect for a small or large family. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of room to gather and share a meal. They were very easy to contact with any questions and minor issue quickly resolved. Bill and Anne have spared no expense in making us feel like we are at home as opposed to a vacation rental. We will definitely be back when visiting the Nashville area again.
My family and I had a great time. The house amenities, the location, and it's close proximity to the Opry, Downtown, and the General Jackson Boat were great.
This house had amazing views and everything my kids wanted. They took full advantage of the pool and the arcade. The adults really enjoyed the retro arcade system. The owners were quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything.
This was, by far, the best home rental experience we’ve ever had. The house was so beautiful with very comfortable beds and furniture, river views, every amenity we could have imagined, incredibly clean, and had so many wonderful extra nice touches. The owners, Bill and Anne, were extremely accommodating and great communicators. We will definitely be back!
Great time staying at this beautiful home on the river just close wnough to the City to see the sights and far enough away to relax. Love the large above ground pool!
Just got back from a weekend with friends and the house was just what we needed. The six of us enjoyed the back porch with river view as we relaxed and reconnected. We went down to Broadway one afternoon (just 10 minutes away) and were happy to have the peace and quiet when we got back to the house. Plenty of games to entertain also.
We brought the entire family for a long weekend and everyone had a place. There were so many things for the kids to do. We all loved the arcade and hot tub!! Thanks for a great stay!
We had an incredible stay at this home away from home for bachelor party weekend. The mini garage arcade was a big hit and the location on the river provided an excellent background for our weekend. The hosts were incredibly helpful with any questions and made sure we were set for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore all of Nashville!
Perfect location for our annual get together 10-15 min from downtown but most of the time was spent enjoying the arcade room and the pool. Would definitely recommend!
This property has everything you need! It was great and the game room was amazing. We had a blast.

About the host
Hosted by Bill and Anne Crousser
Bill and I have been married for 10 years and have lived in the Donelson area for 15 years. We designed and built this house in 2008 and have really enjoyed raising our kids here. We have also owned and operated a licensed locksmith company for over five years in this area. We know that anyone that stays here will be able to build great memories with their friends and families.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this area of Nashville because it is so close to everything. We have both always loved the water and just love relaxing on the back porch watching the river.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this property because of the beauty of the river. We bought the land then designed and built the house in 2008. It is a country setting in the heart of the city.
