Providing spacious, comfortable accommodation for four guests, this is an ideal place from which to explore and uncover the many delights of both Devon and Cornwall due to its location near the border between the two splendid counties.

You enter the hallway which leads to two stylish bedrooms on the ground floor. The cottage benefits from two good sized bathrooms, one with spacious walk-in shower, the other with bath and shower over.

The first floor leads into an impressive open-plan living area, which is uplifting and very well equipped. There are twin sofas, offering plenty of reasons to just relax and unwind and either watch the TV, or take in the views from your large, private balcony along with traditional cottage-style dining furniture. Here the sunsets are sublime and the views far and wide. There is a small, dedicated area with delightful settee where you can immerse yourself in a good book, or again just take in the views.

The park itself plays host to some fabulous leisure facilities and can be enjoyed as part of your stay, including a gym. Venture away to explore the area and you will find a plethora of attractions, stunning countryside walks and pretty towns and villages.

The beautiful Dartmoor National Park has rolling hills and breath-taking views, whilst the scenic Tamar Valley provides an abundance of woodland and dramatic views. Ancient Bodmin Moor lies to the west, atmospheric and mysterious, with fascinating rock formations and rising Tors. The historic Naval City of Plymouth has marinas, restaurants and pubs, in addition to a huge range of shops and striking architecture.

For those who enjoy the coast, the beaches at Seaton and Downderry are a joy whilst the harbour towns Looe and Fowey are steeped in history, and their narrow streets, cafés and restaurants are well worth discovering.
