Sun loungers and outdoor furnishings, ensure guests can relax and enjoy sunbathing, al fresco dining, sundowners and spectacular sunsets. You can also have breakfast in the morning sun, on the kitchen balcony overlooking the swimming pool. No bookings from under 21's.

The space
This apartment has a wonderful large south-facing balcony off the living room, with spectacular sea views and 2 sun loungers and outdoor table and chairs, perfect for private sun bathing and al fresco dining. A second long balcony off the bedroom and kitchen is perfect for breakfasts whilst enjoying the morning sun and the sound of the waterfall from the swimming pool opposite. No groups of teenagers, stag or hen parties.

Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive use of the apartment, accessed through a private entrance within the building. Access also to communal gardens and swimming pool.

Other things to note
- Touristic Tax Albufeira: between the 1st of April and the 31st of October, the council of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person per night for those over 12 years old, up to a maximum of 7 days. A link will be sent for this purpose so that you can proceed with this payment.

- Balcony railings can be climbed and may be unsafe for 2 – 5 year olds.

- We supply a FREE weekly clean, linen & towel change for bookings of 9 nights or more. We will leave an extra set of towels in the property for you to change when necessary.
