The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, completely renovated, with a modern and contemporary atmosphere.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms with showers.

￫ Living Room
The living room features a flat-screen TV, a desk, a cozy sofa, and offers abundant sunlight.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, stove, and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of needing technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
