Elegant and refined two-bedroom apartment for 4/6 guests, located on the ground floor of an exclusive villa, just 250 meters walking distance from a beautiful sandy beach.

The apartment is carefully furnished and fully equipped with all comforts to ensure a relaxing and pleasant stay. It features spacious outdoor areas finished in neutral travertine tones, including an outdoor shower, barbecue, and sunshade awning for hot summer days, with private access through a gate leading to a charming Mediterranean-style garden.

Inside, there is a bright living area with a double sofa bed and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, separated by elegant built-in sliding panels, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and bidet.

The apartment is close to the beach, on the ground floor, and is equipped with a gas stove, TV, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine, fans in the bedrooms, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in the living area. Outdoors, there is a furnished area for meals, sun awning, private gated parking space, BBQ, outdoor shower, and external washing machine with sink.

The minimum age to stay is 21 years, and the apartment is available for groups of young guests only if all members are at least 21 years old. Only small pets (max 12 kg) are allowed, with a €30 extra cleaning fee. The mandatory security deposit is €200 and will be refunded within a few days after departure, preferably in cash at the time of check-out after 3:00 PM, or by bank transfer.

Linen is available upon request, with double sets at €40 (also for single use) and single sets at €20, to be requested before arrival. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, check-out by 9:00 AM, late arrivals after 8:00 PM carry a €50 surcharge. Check-in instructions are sent 48 hours before arrival, and for assistance guests can contact customer service. Key collection usually takes place directly at the property or at our offices in Mola.
