The Space
This two-storey house comfortably welcomes up to 16 guests, with a thoughtful layout that brings people together while offering quiet nooks for rest.
Ground Floor
- Winter Living Room: A bright, glass-wrapped dining and seating area where nature surrounds you. Perfect for slow breakfasts, sunset dinners or long evening chats.
- Lounge Area: With air conditioning and comfy seating, ideal for board games, reading, or relaxed moments.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook with ease using a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, blender, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
- Accessible Suite: One bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, plus a private wheelchair-accessible bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and support handles.
Upper Floor
- Family Suite: One double bed + two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower and massage column, ideal for parents with younger children.
- Double Bedroom: With a cozy bed and soft lighting.
- Two Twin Bedrooms: Each with two single beds, perfect for kids, cousins, or friends.
- Open-Plan Suite: A serene double room with its own private bathroom with bathtub, in a loft-like setting.
- Shared Bathroom: Located on this floor and shared by the twin and double bedrooms, this bathroom includes a shower with a massage column.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, ensuring restful nights in every season.

- Main Pool (Family Pool): A spacious swimming pool designed for all ages, with a gentle sloping entrance and a central shallow lounging platform that’s perfect for relaxing with your feet in the water or letting small children splash safely. Surrounding it are comfortable sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun while keeping an eye on the kids.

- Bedding arrangements: Several bedrooms are designed to host 3–4 guests; please review the layout to ensure comfort for your group.
- A car is recommended to explore the beautiful surrounding nature, beaches, and nearby towns.
- Glass winter garden: Although insulated, it may be warmer on sunny summer afternoons. Curtains help with shade and privacy.
- We kindly recommend that children are always supervised by an adult to ensure their safety.
￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 17:00 and check-out must be done until 10:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:
- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
