Oakworth Escape is a contemporary ground-floor apartment with a simple, easy-flow, single-level layout that suits families, friends, and couples travelling together.

Entrance and access: You’ll have the entire ground-floor rental unit to yourselves. There is a second two-bedroom unit upstairs (also bookable), so the communal entrance may be shared during your stay. Entry is via a private entrance with self check-in lockbox (located to the rear of the property).

Communal entrance area: A handy internal communal area can be used to securely store prams and bikes.

Living area: Comfortable lounge with TV and an indoor fireplace for cosy evenings.

Kitchen/kitchenette: Fully equipped for self-catering with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, plus cookware, baking sheet, dishes and silverware, cooking basics, wine glasses, and cleaning products.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms on the same level (three beds total).

Bathroom: One bathroom with bathtub, hot water, plus body soap and shower gel.

Laundry and practical essentials: Washer, heating, iron, hangers, clothing storage, and bed linen.

Outdoor: Front patio for a simple outdoor moment between adventures.

Set in Oakworth in the heart of Brontë Country, Oakworth Escape makes a brilliant base for exploring the area’s literary heritage and dramatic landscapes. Spend your days visiting the Brontë Parsonage Museum, heading out for scenic walks on the moors, and popping into the village’s local shops and cafés. The famous steam train is around a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to add a classic railway experience to your stay.

Getting around is straightforward:

Parking: Free parking is available in the 7-vehicle car park opposite the property. If it’s full, there’s an overflow lay-by around 20 yards further up the road.

On foot: Many local highlights are within easy reach, including the steam railway and village amenities.

Booking policy

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival.
