The child-friendly beach is close by and invites you to play in the water and take peaceful walks along the shore, while the holiday home itself provides a safe base in green surroundings. Inside, a bright living room with a wood-burning stove awaits – perfect for cool evenings or games and cosiness after a day by the fjord. The house has three bedrooms, all with double beds, providing ample space for both family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, making it easy to prepare everything from morning coffee to dinner. The bathroom is simple and functional with a shower and toilet, and after a trip to the beach, you can rinse off the salt water under the outdoor shower. Outside, the garden offers a natural setting with space for play, relaxation and shared meals. Here you will find several cosy corners – garden furniture, a charcoal grill and, last but not least, an outdoor kitchen, which makes summer dining an experience in itself. The tool shed has a washing machine and air fryer for free use, and the carport has both a power socket and a 220 V outlet. With both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, the house is suitable for stays in several seasons, and the area around Trend is known for its peaceful atmosphere, good swimming opportunities and beautiful nature trails. A wonderful starting point for a holiday focused on togetherness, nature and enjoyment. Rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
