This semi-detached, 3 bedroom property offers a sunny terrace with your own private pool and inviting interiors with a relaxed atmosphere. A 20 minute walk will take you to a shopping centre and a selection of restaurants and bars, while the bustling resort centre and stunning Playa del Castillo Beach is just a 5 minute drive away. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Aurea House is located in the popular resort of Caleta de Fuste, with a handful of eateries and a shopping centre within a 20 minute walk. La Guirra Beach is just a few minutes’ further afield. The centre of Caleta de Fuste is a 5 minute drive away, home to a great selection of restaurants and bars plus the beautiful, sandy Playa del Castillo Beach. For a great sea view, be sure to enjoy a relaxed dinner or drinks on the marina. Golf lovers’ will also be well-catered for, with both Salinas de Antigua and Fuerteventura Golf Club within easy reach.
