The Space:

Welcome to this beautifully designed two-bedroom apartment on Canning Street, right in the heart of Liverpool. Thoughtfully styled and fully furnished, this modern space is perfect for a comfortable city stay, whether you’re visiting for work or leisure.



The apartment features a sleek, fully equipped navy kitchen that opens into a large, light-filled living area — ideal for relaxing after a day out or entertaining friends. The stunning bathroom is finished with elegant green-toned tiles, creating a calming, spa-like atmosphere.



Both bedrooms are set up for rest and relaxation, complete with high-quality linen to ensure a great night’s sleep. With contemporary furnishings throughout and everything you need for a seamless stay, this apartment offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.



Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.



A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given.



The Neighborhood:

Liverpool's Georgian Quarter is one of the City's hidden treasures, and this beautiful apartment is situated perfectly within it!



Just a short walk from the City Centre, and close to some exciting architectural places of interest such as the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall, the location of this property is truly spectacular!



Make sure to take a walk to the energetic Baltic Market that offers a range of mouthwatering cuisines from a variety of local restaurants!



Getting Around:

The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 4-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.



The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.



Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.



If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.



We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.



The apartment is on floor -1, located one flight of stairs below the ground floor.



Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.



The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.



We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.







Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.



Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.



Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
