1 minute from the beach, 15 minutes walk to the old town of Antibes or to Juan Les Pins
A turn of the century private property that houses four double bedrooms with two en-suite shower rooms a family bathroom, kitchen, diner, lounge, separate nanny quarters, pull out sofa bed with a kitchenet, shower, loo and linen room. The property has new smart tv's in all the bedrooms, Sonos sound system, air conditioning and a pool. Sunbathing and BBQ area with outdoor dining table and sun loungers.

The space
The property is our family home and every year we update the security, wifi (fibre optic), televisions (all smart and 1 year old) . We have a Gaggenau fridge / freezer, two built in ovens, integrated coffee machine and a microwave. There is a dishwasher, nutri bullet and a juicer for use.

The air conditioning is reverse heating (blows cold or hot) and there is underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms.

We have a pop up baby cot and also a baby chair for toddlers. Any further questions, please ask.

There are two entrances, the main front door and the separate guest/nanny quarters

Other things to note
This is not a party house unfortunately, this is a residential area. Music can be played in the garden and the house but the local rules are that music should be kept low to respect the close residents. Thank you.
