Located in the heart of Athens' coolest neighborhoods -Thissio- this unique apartment is the perfect getaway. Its' private rooftop gives you the chance to unwind and enjoy the cityline views. From up there, you can also see Pireos' funnels and Technopolis, from where you can even listen to a live concert if you are lucky. Located next to Iraklidon pedestrian road, you will be surrounded by a plethora of shopping, dining and culture options.

This ultra stylish, brand new ( built in 2023) loft is 40m2 and also has a 30m2 private rooftop. The sliding glass doors separate the bed from the living area and the kitchen and there is also a modern bathroom. The furniture are high quality and the decoration is unique. There is also a balcony with a small seating area, perfect for moments of relaxation. Upstairs, on the rooftop, you have another seating area, where everything is handmade, from the couch to the wall with the installation of smart lights. This is truly something special, as you can create a one of a kind atmosphere, choosing the colors of the terrace's lighting through a remote controller and even adjust them to your music.

The loft is located in one of the oldest buildings in Thissio and is on the fourth floor. There is an elevator and you can enjoy your privacy, as you have the whole floor to yourselves. The terrace is also private.

The property is located next to Iraklidon pedestrian road, which is full of local bars and restaurants, leading to a huge pedestrian road, called Apostolou Pavlou, which is one of the main roads to the Acropolis and is full of rooftop restaurants, perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner with a view.
