Our spacious apartment is located on the 11th floor of a sea front building with lift and custodian, only 50mt from the beach. The property features a terrace with wonderful views of the sea and the pine forest. The space is composed of a wide living/dining room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen with a second balcony, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and two full bathrooms with shower. Equipped with TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and one uncovered parking spot. Ideal for 4/5 guests.
